Refund policy

Due to the custom nature of the handmade product, we can not accept returns unless the item arrives damaged. Please reach out so I can help rectify the situation. I am always here to help.

Cancellations will not be accepted after the order has been shipped. Refunds will not be given for a change of mind.

Damages and Issues

If your order arrived damaged, please do not throw away the packaging. Contact us at faye@chunkyknitter.store with your order number and photos of the damage within 48 hours. We will initiate a claim with the carrier.
