Order Processing Time

Because our chunky knit pet beds are handmade with care, please allow 3-7 business days for us to craft, package, and prepare your order for shipment.

Packaging and Handling

Your chunky knit bed will be carefully packaged to maintain its shape. The larger pet caves will be shipped in a sturdy shipping box to ensure the product arrives in perfect condition.

Shipment Confirmation and Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has been shipped with your tracking number.

Damages and Issues

If your order arrived damaged, please do not throw away the packaging. Contact us at faye@chunkyknitter.store with your order number and photos of the damage within 48 hours. We will initiate a claim with the carrier.

Returns

Due to the custom nature of our handmade product, we can not accept returns.
