These pet tunnels are hand-made from soft chenille yarn, 100% polyester, and super cozy. Great for your beloved pet to play, snuggle, and get comfy in. Both openings are approximately 5 inches in diameter, but stretch due to not using any metal rings. Each tunnel is uniquely hand-knit with love.

These chunky knit pet tunnels are designed to naturally settle and stretch over time, creating a custom “tunnel-like” shape that perfectly molds to your pet's favorite sleeping position.

Due to the nature of material used, this product is not chew proof. If your pet is a chewer, please note that swallowing yarn can lead to health issues. Inspect regularly for damage. This product is designed for lounging and not chewing. The seller is not responsible for injuries or damage caused by misuse of our products.

Shipping & Delivery

All our chunky knit pet beds are handmade, so please allow 3–7 business days for processing before shipping. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout, and you’ll receive a tracking number once your order is on the way.

Packaging

Each item is carefully packaged to maintain its shape and arrive in perfect condition.

Damages & Returns

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos. As each item is handmade, we do not accept returns.

Due to the custom nature of the handmade product, we can not accept returns unless the item arrives damaged. Please reach out so I can help rectify the situation. I am always here to help.

Cancellations will not be accepted after the order has been shipped. Refunds will not be given for a change of mind.

Damages and Issues

If your order arrived damaged, please do not throw away the packaging. Contact us at faye@chunkyknitter.store with your order number and photos of the damage within 48 hours. We will initiate a claim with the carrier.
